Hanakago stable (花籠部屋, Hanakago-beya) was a stable of sumo wrestlers which was established in the Edo period and it closed down in 1946.
History[]
The stable was established sometime during the Edo period and it closed down on multiple occasions. In May 1929, former sekiwake Misugiiso re-established the stable before it closed down in October 1947 with all personnel transferring to Takasago stable.
