Tokonaka - 床中 (born October 27, 1960) is a Japanese professional sumo hairdresser from Ureshino, Saga. He was recruited in April 1978 and debuted in the May 1978 tournament and he belongs to Nishikido stable. He reached the Special class in January 2025.

- May 1999 - Promoted to second class tokoyama (nito - 二等)
- May 2005 - Transferred to Nishikido stable due to the closure of Oshiogawa stable
- January 2009 - Promoted to first class tokoyama (itto - 一等)
- January 2025 - Promoted to special class tokoyama (tokuto - 特等)
- September 2025 - Retired after this tournament due to reaching the mandatory retirement age.
